Coaching & Therapy Partnership

A collaborative container to support your clients in bridging insight and action.

As a coach, I often work with clients who are navigating transitions, launching creative projects, or stepping into new leadership. I partner with therapists to offer coaching support that complements the depth of the therapeutic process—focusing on forward movement, creative execution, and values-aligned decision-making.

This may include building consistent practices for follow-through, working with nonlinear motivation, and addressing avoidance patterns (around finances, visibility, or self-trust). I support clients in creating structure that feels personalized and doable—strengthening their relationship to accountability so the shifts they’re working toward begin to take root in daily life.

How it Works

Initial Call

If you're curious about working together, I’m happy to schedule a 30-minute call to learn more about your practice and explore fit. You’re also welcome to send clients directly my way if it feels like a natural match.

Referral Process

Once we align on partnership fit, you’re welcome to refer clients who are ready for coaching or looking for structured, forward-focused support outside the therapy room. Most clients begin with a free 30-minute discovery call to explore their goals and see if the format feels like a good fit.

Ongoing Collaboration

With client permission, we can stay in light touch to ensure our work is aligned and non-duplicative—respecting the unique role each of us plays in a client’s overall growth. Some clients may begin in therapy and later transition to coaching; others may benefit from both supports in parallel. I also welcome the opportunity to refer clients to you when I sense they would benefit from deeper therapeutic care. There are many ways this partnership can unfold—always with the client’s wellbeing at the center.

Benefits of a Coaching Partnership

  • Clients often reach a point in therapy where they’re ready to build something new—launch a project, shift careers, or step into visibility. Coaching supports the “how” of that process while staying in conversation with the “why.”

  • My approach blends structure with sensitivity. I support clients in honoring their nervous systems, capacity, and readiness as they take steps toward what they want.

  • Coaching allows clients to experiment with new expressions of identity, creativity, and leadership in a relational container that’s forward-facing.

  • When clients are ready to take thoughtful steps forward, coaching offers a structured space for follow-through, experimentation, and regular check-ins. I support clients in creating systems that work with their natural rhythms—not against them—helping them build sustainable practices around clarity, decision-making, and momentum.

Rather than folding “action” into the therapy room, you can refer them to a coach who provides compassionate accountability.

Group Work & Relational Practice

In addition to 1:1 coaching, I also facilitate small-group experiences for clients looking to grow in the realm of interpersonal awareness, communication, and relational presence.

Rooted in T-group methodology and experiential process work, these groups offer a space to practice real-time connection, build emotional intelligence, and explore how we show up with others. It’s a powerful way for clients to increase their capacity for feedback, visibility, and self-expression—especially in leadership, teamwork, and personal relationships.

This work pairs well with therapy or coaching for clients who are ready to engage with others and grow through relationship.
